BayambasaikhanAsian Development Bank, and CEO of Creative Development Strategies, a Mongolian entrepreneurial company; venue TBD-- Also trying to invite Bill Bikales, World Bank economist now working in China, formerly worked in UB as Econ Advisor to PM under USAID contract
